Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms
TrendReel AI provides an AI video generation service. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for online services in your country) to use TrendReel AI.
3. Credits & subscriptions
Accounts start with 3 free video credits. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Unlimited, Studio) add a monthly allowance that refills while your subscription is active. Referral bonus credits are added to your balance and have no expiry. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time through Manage Billing in Settings. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, but you keep every video you've made.
5. Your content
You own the videos you generate and are responsible for how you use and publish them. You give us permission to process your prompts solely to generate your videos and run the service.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use TrendReel AI to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't attempt to resell the raw service or abuse the referral programme (e.g. creating accounts to farm credits). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. AI output disclaimer
Videos are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. TrendReel AI is not liable for how generated content is used once it's in your hands.
8. Changes to the service
We may update these terms or change features and pricing. Material changes to terms will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
