What we collect
When you sign up we store your name and email address. As you use the app we store the videos you generate, your prompts, drafts, saved settings and your credit/subscription status. If you use the contact form we store your message so we can reply.
How we use it
Your data is used to run the service: generating your videos, tracking your credits and plan, showing your gallery and drafts, processing payments through Stripe, and answering support messages. We don't sell your personal data.
AI processing
Prompts you write are sent to our AI video provider to generate your videos. Don't include personal secrets in prompts — treat anything you type as content you're happy to send to an AI service.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference are kept on your account.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which templates are popular so we can improve the app. We don't run advertising trackers.
Sharing
We only share data with the processors the app needs to run: our hosting platform, the AI video provider and Stripe. Videos you generate stay private to your account unless you choose to download and share them yourself.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time through the Contact page. Deleting your account removes your videos, drafts and personal details.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Generated videos stay in your gallery until you or we delete them.
